Duties and Responsibilities in Airfares and Ticketing
    • Fare Calculation: Accurately calculate and interpret domestic and international airfares, considering factors like routing, class of service, and seasonality.
    • Ticket Issuance: Process and issue electronic and paper tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
    • Reservation Management: Handle flight bookings, changes, and cancellations, ensuring customers receive the best possible options and pricing.
    • Customer Support: Provide assistance with booking inquiries, upgrades, seat selections, and special requests.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all ticketing transactions comply with airline policies, international regulations, and fare rules.
    • Travel Documentation: Advise passengers on the necessary travel documents, such as visas, passports, and vaccinations, based on destination requirements.
    • Group and Corporate Travel: Assist with group bookings, corporate travel, and special fare arrangements for businesses or large parties.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized services to enhance customer loyalty.
    • Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues related to ticketing, offering solutions in accordance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
    Sales and Promotion: Promote additional travel products such as insurance, upgrades, or tours to enhance the customer experience and boost revenue
