Duties and Responsibilities in English Language
- Language Instruction: Teach English to students at various proficiency levels, using engaging methods to improve speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills.
- Translation and Interpretation: Translate written and spoken content into English or from English to other languages while maintaining accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread documents, articles, essays, reports, and other written materials in English, ensuring clarity and correct grammar.
- Grammar and Writing Support: Help students or clients improve their English writing skills, focusing on grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and vocabulary.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service in English, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Business Communication: Assist with business correspondence, emails, presentations, and reports, ensuring they are well-written, clear, and professional.
- Public Speaking: Deliver speeches, lectures, or presentations in English, ensuring effective communication with a diverse audience.
- Language Proficiency Testing: Conduct assessments to determine the English language proficiency of learners, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Media and Communications: Work in media, publishing, or communication roles where English language skills are essential for producing content and engaging with an audience.

6 months (theory 2 terms and 1 term or 3 months industrial attachment for Certificate)
