Duties and Responsibilities in Tours and Travel
  • Tour Planning: Design and plan detailed itineraries for clients, ensuring that travel packages align with customer preferences and needs.
  • Booking Services: Arrange travel reservations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, ensuring all bookings are accurate and timely.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with travel-related inquiries, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Travel Documentation: Advise clients on required travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates) and ensure that all paperwork is in order before travel.
  • Promoting Travel Packages: Upsell and promote travel packages, tours, and special offers to potential clients, helping them select the best options.
  • Destination Knowledge: Stay informed about travel destinations, including attractions, culture, and local regulations, to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Travel Consulting: Offer expert advice on travel trends, the best times to visit destinations, and travel insurance options.
  • Organizing Group Travel: Coordinate group travel arrangements, ensuring that schedules, transportation, and accommodations are properly organized.
  • Handling Complaints and Issues: Address any travel-related problems or complaints, finding quick and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Invoice and Payment Management: Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records of client transactions and bookings.
  • Marketing and Sales: Assist in the promotion and marketing of travel packages, increasing brand visibility and driving sales.

  • Diploma; D Plain and Above
Duration

1 year (theory 3 terms and 1 term or 3 months industrial attachment for Diploma)
