Diploma in Customer Service -

Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative
- Assist Customers: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Provide Information: Offer product, service, and policy details to customers, ensuring they understand their options.
- Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints or issues, providing effective solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain Records: Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference.
- Process Orders: Assist with order placement, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Promote Products/Services: Suggest additional products or services that may meet customer needs.
- Manage Customer Accounts: Update customer details, track account status, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle Payment Transactions: Process payments, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all transactions are completed securely.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve issues and improve customer experiences.
- Ensure Service Standards: Maintain company service standards by adhering to policies and best practices.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management to improve services.
Requirements for entry
- Must be 18 years old
- Diploma; D Plain and Above
Duration
1 year (theory 3 terms and 1 term or 3 months industrial attachment for Diploma)
